We had in-floor heating in this house that we bought 6 years ago. As the weather dropped, so would the amount of hot water we had for showering. These guys came up with a solution because they noticed our plumbing was no longer up-to-code and inefficient. It was not cheap, but it sure worked! They came by a few times to make sure everything was working properly. Results speak volumes and now we have ample hot water and a hot basement.

Not a good experience at all. If I could go back in time I would definitely choose a different company. Some days more than 2 hours late, some days Ben said he would be there and didn’t show up. Repeated requests to leave the old pipe and fittings were completely ignored. Terrible communication. Text’s not returned, phones not answered both at the office and cell phones. If you want to spend $8500 and then have to pay someone else to come fix improperly installed equipment. Call these guys,,,,or maybe don't! After they get your money, and aren't good enough to fix problems they created,,,,you will eventually get ghosted. Zero stars if I could. Edit...Your reply says to contact you, we tried and waited a few times for Ben to come out to Carstairs or even reply.
