My first experience with Water Heat Pro was great and I will definitely be continuing my relationship with this company to service my tankess water heater and my furnace. All the employees are courteous, professional and well informed: my questions and/or concerns were addressed upfront with integrity. The cost of the service was very reasonable when compared with other similar service providers. Thank you for a great service Water Heater Pro.

We had in-floor heating in this house that we bought 6 years ago. As the weather dropped, so would the amount of hot water we had for showering. These guys came up with a solution because they noticed our plumbing was no longer up-to-code and inefficient. It was not cheap, but it sure worked! They came by a few times to make sure everything was working properly. Results speak volumes and now we have ample hot water and a hot basement.

Not a good experience at all. If I could go back in time I would definitely choose a different company. Some days more than 2 hours late, some days Ben said he would be there and didn’t show up. Repeated requests to leave the old pipe and fittings were completely ignored. Terrible communication. Text’s not returned, phones not answered both at the office and cell phones.
