I had such a great experience with Water Heater Pro. I was in a rush to get a new tankless water heater installed in my condo, and they got it done within two days. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Thank you Ben, Trish, Shaun, and Brian! You all are the best

Avoid. This company has very little class and no integrity. I called to book several simpler commercial plumbing jobs and booked an appointment for the next day at 2:30 to 3:00pm with the owner of the company. I requested a phone call before they came to meet me at the project. The next day, at the appointed time, no phone call came. By 3:30p I finally received a phone call asking me to reschedule the appointment to the next day as they had run into a problem. They booked the following day appointment for 3:00pm. Were they on time? Yes. Communication was good overall. However, the installation was not done correctly. Thankfully, I went downstairs to double-check things before leaving for work — otherwise, I would have come home eight plus hours later to a flooded basement. I contacted the business immediately, and they did come back to fix the issue, but it caused me to be late for work, and since I’m paid hourly, I lost wages because of it.
