Called for a new gas water heater and install. Frank came out in a timely manner. Was very friendly. He took the time to make sure the job was done correctly and safely. Thank you water heater man!!
These people are awesome. Had a tankless water heater that was nothing but trouble and costly. I have had tankless before (20 years) and never had issues. So I called Frank on a Monday and all work was completed on Tuesday. They removed and hauled the old away and built the platform for new one to be placed on!!! Ten stars if I could!!! Highly recommend this company!

Couldn't keep my gas water heater burner assembly working. Removed and cleaned but still no luck. Called Frank Monday evening and discussed options. Opted to replace the burner assembly. Tuesday I drained the tank, took 2 hours due to sediment. I called Frank told him in took 2 hours to drain and I'd rather replace the heater. Had a water heater go out and called a few places to get rates and when they could come look at my situation. The first two I called were over 2 weeks out which wasn't very realistic. I called Water Heater Man and we talked about some things and he said he could come by later that day to take a look. He arrived when he said he would and we discussed different options and he was open to my ideas, listened, and provided feedback.
