The work was done well, but I feel ripped off. At first glance, it looked like I had a leak from my hot water heater. I sent a picture to water heater guys and they agreed. They showed up and did the work without verifying that it was actually the hot water heater. After spending $1100 on replacing my hot water heater, I found the leak behind my wall And there was nothing actually wrong with the hot water heater. The Water Heater Guy was so helpful and responsive in getting a new water heater for my mom. Jose responded even though it was late in the day and helped us figure out what would work in the space. Miguel came the next day to install it in did an excellent job- very professional, courteous, and focused on getting my mom's hot water back! I would use them again for sure.
