I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and install our new water heater. The technician was professional, efficient, and did an awesome job. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be a repeat customer in the future!
Called the Water Heater Guys seeking a repair and I sent them clear photos and a text describing the situation. The person who answered was somewhat rude, and the text response was ambiguous and would have left me hanging thinking they were going to provide a quote for service, but they never did. Luckily, I after a few hours I called their competitor, "Water Heating Experts" out of Palm Beach Gardens, and provided the same info.
