Terrible communication. I reached out for a quote on Tuesday, Andon responded late Tuesday night with what he needed me to provide, which I sent first thing on Wednesday. It is now Friday and there has been no reply to the email I sent. Update: They sent an email with no subject and did not a reply to our already established email chain, which I have no idea why they would do either one.

Andon was on schedule, polite, thorough in every aspect of water heater replacement. He explained exactly what he did and what I needed to do. He used tarps on the floors and left nothing behind. Very good experience overall.
