I was satisfied overall with the service the technician provided. However, I would have preferred to retain the copper T&P discharge pipe from our previous hot water tank, rather than have the PVC discharge pipe. Also, the large original box the new hot water tank came with was left in our driveway, and now I have to take it to a recycling center. After speaking to a manager about my review they removed the box and provided me with a copper PVC discharge pipe that were pleasing to my concerns and changed my rating. It is goo... read more
