I called them on Friday January 21 and scheduled them to come look at my hot water heater. They set the time of 9 a m. To 11 on Monday, the 24th. I called them at 10:30 since no one had called. They hung up on me 3 times. When I finally got a person to talk to me they said the person got hung up on a commercial problem and changed the time from 1-3.
