What a poor experience had with Jay today. I called to have a aerator installed in my well two weeks ago. He came out, said it was my water heater and didn't do the job I asked for (mind you I paid for his time because he also worked on my soft water system, that still isn't working right-not complaining about that even though I should have a warranty for work). Problem still there after he left. When asked, he said he assumed it was my water heater but didn't confirm, so a return visit is still needed to do the work I asked... read more
