We had an excellent experience with Mike. We initially contacted him to replace the private side of our lead water main. He let us know that he could also install a sump pump and backwater valve at the same time and then help us apply for the City of Toronto Basement Flooding Rebate to have the sump and backwater valves largely subsidized. Had a clogged drain and called them to come take a look. They came out with the right equipment and got it cleared pretty quickly. Good service and fair price. Would use them again.
We had Water Guard plumbing do the service upgrade to new diameter required by the city. This involved digging a trench outside the house, and making new connections inside the house. Water Guard plumbing kept us up to date, sent photos, and finished the work seamlessly for a good price. They were on time, kind, considerate, and left minimal remediation work for us to do inside the house only. I would recommend their services!
