Mike and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional and communicative. Work involved changing a lead service pipe, installing a sump pump, and replacing a sewer line (with backwater valve). Job was clean, punctual and effective. I am so grateful for how painless this process was! Update: Working closely with Mike, I successfully received my full rebate from the city!
