I cannot commend this company and the employees enough. Having read through many reviews for many companies I opted to use a smaller company and I was not wrong. The personal attention received was exactly what I was looking for. They came in and took care of the water damage, dealt with my insurance and put me at ease. They always answered my questions even if they were repetitive. Thank you Yudex for all your help.

Honestly one of the best company’s I’ve had the honor of working with. My family had a water loss and Yudex & Jose were there same day to help navigate the entire process. Martin on the team as well was a superstar start to finish and helped explain the process of recovering our home/ remodel and getting it back to livable conditions. If you’re looking for mitigation please go with these guys 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽such a stressful time but all worked out due to them.

After careful consideration and upon satisfaction of all of my concerns and questions being addressed by Jose Flores, I decided to have Water Fire Rescue Pros do the remediation work at my house. He accommodated me on certain things that I wanted included in our contract, patiently making several revisions at my request. Just want to start up by saying, take it to the water and fire rescue team for the amazing work that they did at my home after it was flooded. From the beginning to the end, they were extremely hands-on and very attentive, when I came to dealing with the insurances adjusters, and any general questions that we had.
