We had a water leak in our basement. After the plumber fixed the leak, he referred us to W.E.T. A W.E.T. team arrived the same day they were called, tested the walls, floors, and ceiling for water intrusion. Great fast service. Representatives and techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. TJ and Andrew did great work at containment of area and explaining the process. They even came back to check status of work progressing. They were repairing an area of our room that had water issue from ice jam.

The guys from WET were amazing. It started with Brian Schneider who came over and went above and beyond to get the guys in to suck up 70-80 gallons of water on the floor in my basement. They have taken up the carpet, sanitized my basement and will dispose of anything I don’t want. They were nice and helped me so much deal with this major catastrophe in my basement. I would recommend WET to anyone who has the mess that I had.

You never want to have to call a water clean up team, but when you have to it matters who you call. Jordan and his colleagues came out after a plumbing issue made a huge mess in our basement. I was overwhelmed simply looking at it. His team responded quickly and went above and beyond my expectations. My basement was cleaner than it had ever been after their intervention.
