WET came in clutch and extremely quickly. We called them anxious about our house flooding. In no time they were there to clean up the mess. Jordan and his guys tore out all the bad stuff and got both levels of the house dried out. I really appreciate how David and Orlando made sure to put all of our personal materials in a very neat and orderly pile in our basement. Great fast service. Representatives and techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. TJ and Andrew did great work at containment of area and explaining the process. They even came back to check status of work progressing. They were repairing an area of our room that had water issue from ice jam.

Everyone I came in contact with - Travis, Alex, Jordan, Andrew, TJ, Tina- were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, never stopped working, explained everything they recommended and why, reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend WET to anyone and already have. They made a horrible situation turn out so much better than expected!!

WET was beyond wonderful! From my first meeting with Andrew, who inspected my basement, handled my insurance and setup the cleaning to Tina who called every day to let me know the cleaning schedule to the cleaners: Jordon, Orlando and Emerson who did an amazing clean up and hauled all the damaged furniture, boxes and “stuff” out of my basement- very professional, kind and through! I called WET at 8:00 am and Andrew was here at 11:30 am. That’s service!! I can’t wait to have the next team come in to rehab my basement!!

We had a water leak in our basement. After the plumber fixed the leak, he referred us to W.E.T. A W.E.T. team arrived the same day they were called, tested the walls, floors, and ceiling for water intrusion. They confirmed we had an issue, and had set up dehumidifiers and huge fans the same day. Andrew, the coordinator answered all of our questions and helped us decide which tactics to use.
