I highly recommend this company. We experienced two separate sewage backups, and both times their team arrived within hours. They are true experts in handling raw sewage, equipped with the right tools and knowledge to manage the situation efficiently. Communication with our insurance company was seamless throughout the entire process. We also hired them for the reconstruction work and are very happy with the quality of the results. The owner, Katie, is a true professional who ensured everything was handled with care and exp... read more

I had a basement flood due to back flow from heavy rains in a recent rainstorm. Andrew came out and assessed the situation. They were pretty backed up in a rush of calls. But they were able to send out TJ and Andrew from the mit department within a very reasonable time frame. Andrew and TJ were very awesome, knowledgeable, and polite. They were very hardworking and were able to mitigate in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend these guys, this company, and their services. Thank you!

We had a fixture burst on the second floor of our building causing catastrophic flooding on the first floor. From start to finish, the WET team was a massive blessing to us. They responded immediately to our call and had a team out to us within hours. Not only did they do an outstanding job extracting the water, but they also worked tirelessly to patch up the damaged areas. The crew (Jordan, Orlando, and Dennys) was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough! They ensured everything was dried out properly and addresse... read more

I cannot recommend this team enough! From the very first moment I called, Travis was incredible—he took my call right away and was so reassuring that I felt an immediate sense of relief during a really stressful situation. Tina was equally amazing on the phones, handling every single one of my questions with total professionalism and making sure I knew exactly what to expect. When it came time for the actual work, the crew was top-notch. TJ and Andrew arrived on-site and were fantastic; they were efficient, respectful of my... read more

WET came in clutch and extremely quickly. We called them anxious about our house flooding. In no time they were there to clean up the mess. Jordan and his guys tore out all the bad stuff and got both levels of the house dried out. I really appreciate how David and Orlando made sure to put all of our personal materials in a very neat and orderly pile in our basement. Our basement has honestly not looked cleaner! 😁 And big thanks to Tina. Her voice on the phone was a source of comfort and she was extremely communicative thro... read more
