The team from WET were excellent during a terrible situation! Josh was so great and supportive throughout the flood in my basement. Andrew and his team hardworking during cleanup! Very seldom do I experience such great customer service!
We had a flooding emergency in the basement. They came the next day and explained the whole thing. Importantly- didn’t do work that was not absolutely necessary- we had clean water flooding so didn’t need to rip up carpets or remove wall fixtures. That was a huge relief for us. They were professional, cordial, patient, efficient and clean. Everything you wanted for an emergency. Couldn’t have asked for better. Nate was super responsive.
WET was amazing to work with. They came out quickly and assessed the damage and got it all cleaned up in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I would highly recommend. The whole experience from start to finish, was exceptional. Friendly staff and scheduling. Josh and his team, with the remediation were top notch. Josh was kind, and informative. He gave a detailed explanation of what was to take place and after, what actually was done. I appreciate the time and effort from the WET team as this can be a stressful process.
