There was significant water damage to our home when a toilet supply line broke off. I also had water damaged ceilings and mold from roof leaks. Next Level was immediately responsive and the remediation and reconstruction work was top notch. Everyone I met and talked to at Next Level was courteous and professional. We could not be more pleased with NLRR. Everything looks great, and the tiling in the shower is beautiful. The quality of their work is exceptional, and everyone of their workers and reps were friendly and courteous. Communication throughout the project was great, and they took care to work in a manner that still allowed our business to be operational while remediation and remodel were happening.
