Mike came out the day we called and arrived on time. He was very polite and respectful. He returned each day to check on things and explain anything we had questions about. We appreciated the excellent communication and the fact that he always let us know when he would arrive, as well as letting us know in advance if he would be a little past the expected time. On the day he removed the equipment, he left everything neat and orderly. We would definitely recommend Mike.

I would highly recommend this company. They arrived the same day and immediately dry vac all the water up and got the fans and dehumidifier going to get the water dried up. Very nice and professional. Mike was fantastic and consistently was in communication with me thru the whole process. He showed up everyday while I was dealing with this. He even made a special trip to be here when my insurance adjuster was here and explained what happened and what needs to be done. I would ask for Mike. He was fantastic!
