I was seeing immediately and all necessary referral was done. I got appointment within few weeks to see consultant in the hospital, Dr Porter was amazing, I got holistic treatment. The receptionist on duty was really helpful.
The GP I spoke to today was very professional and empathetic.
Requested an appointment on line at 8.30am. Was messaged at 9.30am with an appointment at 10.00am. Absolutely brilliant.
Needed an appointment for my son. The practice was very flexible around my transport issues and school times. The GP was lovely and very patient of my son as he explored the room and paid little attention to my pleas for him to behave.
Dr Malik was very kind understanding and very helpful I can’t praise him and this practice enough.
