I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Water Doctors. They installed a water purification system in my home, and it began leaking through the ceiling into my basement, causing damage. When I contacted the company for emergency service, I was told I would have to pay approximately $400 upfront just for them to come out and fix the problem—even though the leak appeared to be related to the system they installed.
