Whoever is working today wasn’t very pleasant, wanted to argue about cloudy water. I don’t care if filter was just changed, Put up a sign saying such. If you rinse your filters properly it shouldn’t be cloudy from my experience. We are paying for clean water so make sure it’s clean, People pay a lot of money for water so you need to make sure it’s top notch. Side door locked not working or whatever get it fixed, huge inconvenience. Very poor customer service today. Sad really.

Dillon was extremely punctual, efficient, personable, tidy and explained our new softener very well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Actually, our last softener was almost 17 years old and also from Water Depot so repeat business speaks for itself.
The installation of the o.r system was fast and left no mess and was very informative with the questions I had I’d recommend to anyone
