Super helpful staff. Love this place…if you hate the taste of water (bottled or tap) do yourself a favour and drink reverse osmosis water. It will change your life and water consumption.
This company is run by unscrupulous people who do not value their customers at all. On August 26, I purchased a softener. However, I was told that the softener was not available in the store and that it would arrive the next day or at the latest by Thursday, and that they would call me so I could come and pick it up. On Thursday afternoon, when I called to ask, “Has my softener arrived? When can I come and get it?”, they told me that my softener would only arrive next Tuesday, September 2.
