Very nice and helpful people work and operate this location. They helped me understand and fix a problem I had with my system. I didn't end up purchasing anything thanks to how helpful they were to me. Good people.
Very nice as well as knowledgeable.
Mark and his team (especially Devon :) are terrific. The water softener is working great! We just needed a couple of setting adjustments which the tech team very quickly showed up to sort out. Water Depot has deep roots in our town, and they have earned all of their excellent reviews.
The lady at the reception is extremely rude.
