July 2025: Moe and Water Depot provided accurate technical guidance and the correct materials I needed to rebuild my softener and RO systems. I will go back for any future needs. Nov 2025: My glass resin cylinder developed a crack and pinhole leak. (Unrelated to the resin replacement in July.) Moe hooked me up with a replacement cylinder with good resin already in it, I swapped it out and the problem was solved within a couple hours of discovery. Water Depot is the best in town!

Awesome service; both by Moe at the store and Wayel during installation. These guys exhibited a clear understanding of their products and performance expectations. I had a six-year unresolved issue with a water softener unit from another store in Milton. Water Depot understood that my issue could result in safety concerns for my plumbing and the health of my family. They were quick to help resolve in a proper and cost efficient manor. THIS is the local store for your water needs!!!
We had an amazing experience. Mo was able to have a technician come out the same-day to service our water softener system, which was such a lifesaver. The technician, Wayel checked everything thoroughly and made sure the entire system was working perfectly before leaving. They also took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we had all the information we needed going forward. Truly professional, efficient, and so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
Great experience buying under sink RO filtration system for new condo. Had a hiccup with one defective part and they took care of it immediately. Would recommend to anyone.
