Great customer service. I needed a specific UV bulb for my water purifier. I was just a walk-in but Mo treated me professionally and cheerfully assisting me immediately. The part had to be ordered and I received a message that afternoon that the part would be in his shop by the next day. And it was!
I can't say enough good things about Water Depot. I had a water softener that wasn't working right. Instead of pushing a new water softener on me they worked every possible angle to get my existing softener working again. I got the best advice to get my machine in great working order and even discovered one of the sinks in my house wasn't even connected to the water softener! They even did some plumbing work to connect the softener to all my taps! This is now my go to place for all my water needs.
Cleanest water in the town. Moe is very helpful.
I came in here yesterday with my mom, the worker at front desk, Yaseen, was super kind and offered to help multiple times! Great customer service and made us feel at home throughout the entire interaction. Store itself is also very clean and easygoing, would definitely recommend!
Moe was very helpful in helping us choose a water softener. Once decided we had it installed within a few days and the tech Wayel did a great job setting everything up. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a water softener in the Milton area!
