Great service. Super convenient.
Sent my wife in today with a water sample for our hot tub today and was surprised to hear about the poor quality of service she received. To start, my wife handed her a sample and asked for it to be tested and the lady working tersely quipped "For what?!?". The last time i looked, it wasn't summer so it's clearly not for a pool and you don't do pools anyway. Once the print out was done, my wife asked what exactly she needed, the response was once again rude when she responded with a "it says right there" instead of thinking ... read more
Super friendly customer service. Decent prices in their retail part. They have both reverse osmosis and alkaline water.
