Amazing service!! Was my first time not my last !! Recommend with confidence
I went in to fill some water jugs I got at a different store. I wasn’t quite sure how this particular store had their processes for filling, however Taylor, a very helpful employee answered all my questions and even helped me carry one of my water jugs to the car. Their customer service is awesome and I would definitely go again. Thanks Taylor!
By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Avoid this company at all cost. I'm out $700 and now I have to purchase a whole new water softener somewhere else. After posting the original review above the owner contacted me and they fixed the issue to my satisfaction.
