Terrible customer service from a guy in his 50s with glasses and salt and pepper hair. Was our second time going there. We had no greeting, we didn't know how the deposit system worked or the different types of water...he didn't explain us ot ask for help, instead he got pretty smug and expected us to know. We said no RO we want the spring water, he then yelled out to the kid to fill with RO, we corrected him and he basically laughed ignorantly....asked if I had an account I said I didn't think so but seemed annoyed to have ... read more
