I purchased a water softener as well as reverse osmosis system - Installation was easy and the staff was so helpful and walked me through everything. A little while later I was experiencing some issues with my RO system and even though it was not their fault (manufacturing issue) they were so accommodating and prioritized getting it fixed for me.
