We where having a issue with iron in our water for a while and called water depot in bracebridge and spoke to Jeff, let me tell you Jeff and his team helped in a major way not only where they very kind and down to earth , they also solved the problem very easily and provided the equipment needed without breaking the bank and also went the extra mile and had our water pressure increas which was a great bonus, will definitely 100% go with them again , great job guys and thank you very much
Great service from Jeff and the Water Depot. Highly recommend. Was back-washing my iron slayers every single day, wasting water. Thought it'd take a big service call to get it fixed. Called Water Depot and thank goodness Jeff picked up because he had it all straightened out over the phone in minutes. Saved me water, money and time.
