He conducted a thorough test of our water for iron and tannins, revealing a high tannin content. As a result, our water has become exceptionally clear, clean and odourless. We needed a new rust remover and had no idea where to go. Then we found Water depot in Bracebridge - are we ever glad we did. The in store rep Jason, was more than helpful and really knew his products...made it easy for us to understand what we needed and why. Even better was his quote for the new unit - was significantly lower than any of the other so called plumbing experts. We where having a issue with iron in our water for a while and called water depot in bracebridge and spoke to Jeff, let me tell you Jeff and his team helped in a major way not only where they very kind and down to earth , they also solved the problem very easily and provided the equipment needed without breaking the bank and also went the extra mile and had our water pressure increas which was a great bonus, will definitely 100% go with them again , great job guys and thank you very much
