I find the staff to be rude every time I come to this location. I have an account with another store and they always make it seem like im bothering them to call the other store to check my account. I dont enjoy coming to this location as much as I do the others.
My grandma goes to Water Depot Bolton all the time because the water in her apartment isn’t the best. The staff are honestly great, always friendly and super helpful. There’s one employee, Kristen, who always makes sure to help her carry the bottles out when she’s there alone, which I really appreciate. Even when I stop by on weekends to grab water for her, they still offer to help 😅 not always needed, but it says a lot about how they treat people. Just really good service all around.
