Great customer service
Had a wonderful experience with water depot today! My RO water filter tank had no air, they took care of it- repressurized the tank at no charge. My earlier experience was good too! They had the plumber sent to the house within the hour for filter replacement and he was very informative too.
I will recommend this place to anyone. very friendly staff. Great customer service great work. Dave came and fix my unit. He did a great job. Before I spoke to water depot couple of guys came from other companies. They were trying to sell me a new unit saying that my old unit is useless. Glen the owner of the water depot was very helpful. He gave me a rough quote and guided me all the way until I got my unit fixed. I am hundred percent satisfied with their service.
Glenn and his team always provide outstanding service. Definitely recommend the reverse osmosis system from them!
