Woke up to a burst toilet pipe and about 3 or 4 inches of water all though out our downstairs unit. Water coming out the garage door and walls. Scott and the team were there within the house and tackled it head on. Very scary time as I had no idea what to do…guys cleaned up promptly moved stuff around to try and save it and explained what they were doing / what to do and how insurance stuff works. Will use again - (hopefully we don’t have to ) Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Scott has demonstrated the best workmanship I’ve ever seen in Australia! He is genuinely willing to help. My house had moisture issues in one particular room, and Scott kindly offered to lend us a dehumidifier for a week free of charge. I messaged him about borrowing the dehumidifier before they started work on my house, not knowing he was already on a holiday trip. Even then, Scott kindly replied to all my messages and arranged for his worker, Daniel, to deliver the dehumidifier to us — even on a Sunday! The house was clean... read more

Recommend Scott and his team. Great to see professional service still in action. Scott and Daniel were on time, very good communicators and very tidy. It was clear they take pride in thier work and don't cut corners. Wore protective gear and were careful around our property. Would be the first place I call if I do ever need some work done again.
