I would caution anyone to think twice before hiring Michael Avidor and NYTDR. In our initial meeting (9/29/2025), Michael showed up an hour late even though they called the day prior to ask if we could meet 30 minutes early. That alone made us question their professionalism and reliability. Even worse, their follow-up email got our situation completely wrong. The NYTDR team was incredible for a recent floor installation throughout my entire apartment due to water damage. The team was very supportive, communicative, and helpful and they executed against the expected timeline, even over the holidays. The project included floor and sub-floor removal, mold remediation, sound-proofing, and new underlayment, floor, and baseboard installation. The finished product looks incredible and I would highly recommend them. Thank you to Michael, Sandro, and team!
