The response time from Water Damage Champ was better than I expected. A pipe under my bathroom sink leaked for hours before I noticed, soaking through the floor into the ceiling below. They assessed the situation and quickly started structural drying. The technicians explained which materials could be salvaged and which had to be removed. It felt very transparent, and I trusted their guidance. The follow-up visits to monitor humidity showed they were invested in doing it right.

Their response time was really solid and they got to the site same day. We had a water main burst in our entryway, and it seeped into the closet drywall and flooring. They used these big blue drying machines and had to tear out part of the wall, but they made sure everything was dry before they patched anything. Didn’t expect them to also clean up 100% of the debris after but they did.

we called late at night and someone picked up right away, scheduled for the morning and they showed up on time. they started water extraction fast and used those big fans. after 3 days they did a follow-up to make sure no hidden moisture, everything dry now.

These guys did good work on our basement after a leak from an outside spigot came through the wall. They used infrared cameras to show us where water was hiding. I found that helpful. They placed drying equipment in a way that didn’t get in the way too much. Our only minor complaint is the noise from the fans, but that’s expected. No complaints with how they treated our home or how responsive they were.

The wall in our closet got wet from a leak above and we didnt know till there was a smell. they were very detailed in removing the drywall safely and checking the insulation too. they used a negative air machine during the mold remediation which helped with air quality. they explained stuff but didnt make us feel dumb. came on time too
