After a pipe burst in our basement, the staff came in quickly and set up air movers and dehumidifiers right away. They explained the process clearly and checked moisture levels daily. I was relieved at how organized the work felt. The flooring was dried without further issues and their clean up was very thorough. They were respectful in the home and kept the noise manageable. they helped us when our garage flooded from heavy rain water removal was quick they also treated the walls to prevent mold growth equipment ran for a few days and then everything was fine again professional crew

Water Damage Champ responded after our washing machine line broke. They were very careful with the wood floors and used drying mats instead of removing them. They kept in touch with progress updates. The floors are in good shape now and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

We had a water heater leak that soaked into the carpet and part of the wall. These guys arrived within hours and started pulling up the wet carpet padding, then set up drying equipment. The tech walked me through each step and gave me updates so I knew what was happening. Their crew took care not to track mud in even though it was raining outside. The mold remediation was handled carefully and I can tell they made sure it won’t return. Good, solid work and I’d use them again.
