Great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great time on the river. We'll be back!
Labor Day weekend, we went to another marina where we were told our boat would not crank....after standing there waiting for 45 mins. Finally after finding out our day there was shot, we called Lakeshore. We were welcomed by the sweetest lady! Her price beat the price we were going to pay at the other marina....ice and gas were included! We had rented for 8 hrs, but we came in early due to thunderstorms. But a nice guy helped us to and from the boat with a golf cart. We will definitely plan another trip with this company!!
We rented a boat here for the 4th of July and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. It was super easy to make the reservation and they emailed us all the details. At arrival, the shop was clean and the lady at the front (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice. One of the workers, Brandon, helped us load our stuff on a golf cart and drove us to the dock and helped us load the boat.
