Very Knowledgeable staff. Ordered a new salt cell kit through them. They did not carry it in stock but had it from their vendor in less than 48 hours. Staff member and I chatted about the different types of salt cells available and answered my questions I had.
I had a truly excellent experience at water club pool store in Sarasota, in particular Victoria helped me out tremendously. I got there right at closing time, and she went out of her way to spend several extra minutes with me helping me get what I needed. Almost no employees at any store ever stay late like that to help a customer so I was very impressed. I highly recommend this store.
They are super helpful, I was having issues with my pool pump, I brought in some pictures and a description of what was happening. they helped me replace the motor and new seals. pool is back up and running. Thank you !
I can’t comment on their retail stores, but I had a bad experience with their repair division. My pool pump timer stopped working and the pump would not go on, so I called them and made an appointment. No one ever showed up. On the day of my appointment I called the office twice around 3:30 pm to see where their tech was. No one ever called me back. To this day (2 weeks later), I have never heard from them. I took care of my problem without them. I’d have to say that they are unreliable.
