Love the Hot Springs Spa itself! Great quality product. But very poor communication from the staff and Amanda. Was originally told delivery would be “end of February”… heard nothing. Had to keep asking and asking and finally got a response from Amanda and delivered end of April, BUT they apparently ripped our cover, so it would be “about a month” to get the replacement. Bill, the Service Manager at the Shenandoah location was absolutely excellent! He went above and beyond throughout the service process on my home hot tub. While having the heater replaced in my tub, I wanted to replace the weathered cover as well. He made himself very available to answer all my questions & provided me a variety of options. With his help, I was able to choose the best hot tub cover upgrade product, while still maintaining the unique color scheme of my outdoor spa/entertainment area.
