Randy has been our ride or die pool bestie since 2024! He’s punctual, communicative, and solutions oriented for any situation. We clean our own filters, and Randy lets us know when it’s “go” time. He lets us pick our pool decisions while giving us an honest estimate based on need. He also acid washed our pool last year when we drained. We don’t just call Randy our regular pool dude! He’s the best at what he does. And that’s hard to find. Highly recommend Water Boss / Randy! Oh and he will treat your pups…or mini horse and do... read more
Randy is an awesome tech. Very knowledgeable, honest, & polite!!@
Water Boss is the BOMB! Randy is knowledgeable, dependable, professional and personable! I rented a house and he turned a not so pretty pool into a crystal blue fresh bliss! Make Water Boss you FIRST CALL!!!
Called Randy after seeing a great review on Next Door. Very nice to speak with and was available the following day for lubricating the backwash valve that was starting to stick. He arrived on time, and although it was a short and easy operation, he left with no charge and mainly asked for a review and share to contacts. I was not there, my wife was...but we both experienced a pleasant and professional attitude from Randy and will definitely have him help us in the future pool endeavors!
Randy returned my call promptly, made an appointment, showed up on time. Pool was in bad shape cos I've been gone for a while. After one treatment, it already looks great. (I'm sure it's not pool professional perfect just yet, but it sure is awesome to me!) Highly recommend him.
