Called them this morning for some information around my 7 year old old Karcher petrol pressure washer as I wanted to upgrade my original hose, get hold of a short gun and some quick connect adaptors to modernise my kit. My line got cut, but they called me right back. I was able to get hold of everything I needed at reasonable prices, and their F2F service and professional advice was far superior to me trying to wade through Ebay and hope I got it right. I can see why so many people give these guys only 1 star. The attitude of the owner there is terrible and he makes no effort in hiding the fact he doesn't care about Ur business unless he can make a ton of money off of you. However, the guy Jake in the back that fixes the machines is awesome at his job and great to deal with. I would never recommend these guys tho because the ownership is terrible.
