Working with the Lowe family was fantastic! From Thuy's design to the construction of the deck I couldn't ask for better service. They kept me in the loop during all stages and always asked about specific design changes. Anything I wanted was added to make my pool and deck truly unique to me. I would highly recommend this company for your pool and deck.

Where do I begin? My wife and I are extremely happy with our new pool. I had a very difficult time trying to find a company to do a semi-inground pool. When I came upon Water Bay INC they were super responsive and professional. I was originally scheduled for an estimate on 8/19 but they were able to get me in sooner which was great.
