Water Bar is the kind of establishment where the kitchen is clearly doing the heavy lifting, and I am entirely here for it. If you are looking for an incredible meal, this is absolutely your spot. I have pretty high standards when it comes to dining out, particularly with seafood, and whatever culinary wizardry they are pulling off in the back of the house deserves a standing ovation. This is an outdoor bar, so check the weather if you don't like hot/humid temps. The seating area is at least covered. Good drinks and food, fun vibe/feel. Would add another star if they better controlled their temps with more working fans. I sweated a ton there when I came in mid September.
