I would rate them LESS then POOR. I called there office and asked if they serviced the brand of water filter I have. They wanted me to send them pictures of it so I did. I asked DO YOU WORK ON THIS BRAND. Was told the Service Tec would call and let me know if they could work on it. He called and set up an appointment to come service my system. NOT bothering to tell me they do not work on my brand. The service Tec arrived started taking test of my system. Then when I asked if it could be serviced He told me NO they so not wor... read more
Their return policy sucks. Bought a bracket and filter. Our water pressure was so poor it did not work for us. We took it back and they refused to refund our money as they said it was not their fault! Customer service.....NOT HAPPENING
I got a water bottle from my dentist (Aadlund Dental) and am in awe of the patriotism displayed on it. I love it and made sure to brag about it on my Facebook page! :-)
