Got a real pleasant person (Terry) on the phone first ring. She new exactly the missing part that my plumber had lost and got me a replacement quickly. I couldn't believe a manufacturing company was so helpful and actually answers the phone.
I had a tub drain that had some paint flake off and Terry was so helpful on getting me a replacement. She was awesome! Love a company that has great customer service!
