I came here from recommendations because I didn’t feel like my prescription from my first eye doctor was helping me see clearly enough. I’m glad I came here! Dr. Ren was very helpful and patient to help check my prescription and try different adjustments and lenses until I felt good.

I visited Watchung Eye Care LLC for a contact lens exam and fitting. Dr. Ren was nice and helpful during the appointment, but the follow-up experience needs improvement. When I picked up my lenses, the left lens was incorrect. I only caught this because I double-checked it against my copy of the prescription. They did not acknowledge the error or offer an apology for the inconvenience. A temporary sample lens was only provided after I specifically asked for one. Poor experience. Staff and even the doctor are very rude and don't try to help you. Messed up our child's 1st pair of glass and were not ready to try to explore options to resolve or even show some interest in helping the patient. They don't care at all.

I needed contact lenses. After eye exam the doctor and I went to the other room to try the new contact lenses. She was laughing when I told her the one from home, which was a tryout sample given when I got eye glasses recently, seemed clearer to see. After multiple times of putting in and out contact lenses, I decided to go for higher magnifying lenses to see the cellphone better than to see far better.
