Poor experience. Staff and even the doctor are very rude and don't try to help you. Messed up our child's 1st pair of glass and were not ready to try to explore options to resolve or even show some interest in helping the patient. They don't care at all.
I needed contact lenses. After eye exam the doctor and I went to the other room to try the new contact lenses. She was laughing when I told her the one from home, which was a tryout sample given when I got eye glasses recently, seemed clearer to see. After multiple times of putting in and out contact lenses, I decided to go for higher magnifying lenses to see the cellphone better than to see far better. Great facility and staff members are professional. Doctor has in depth knowledge and provides me the best prescription to help me protect my eye slight. Well done!
Took my parents there, Dr. and office ladies are so friendly, they helped a lot. Really appreciated it. I’ll recommend to all my friends.
