this post review is 12 years old. I have reported it numerous times. I have stated that the customer wanted a pendulum. I asked if the clock worked, he said the clock was OK. I did not do any repair to the clock and took his word for the fact that the clock worked or didn't. without the pendulum neither he nor I could say the clock worked. I inquired to see if Watchpital could make a simple repair to the pendulum and reset the chimes on a valuable antique clock. Prior to the pendulum breaking, the clock had been running perfectly for two years. The owner said he had experience repairing "many" of these clocks. When I got the clock back a week later, it would run for only a few minutes and then stop.
