I have not had that great of luck with this service, always issues fairly complex system but always having to upgrade cameras or something to eliminate issues, Watch your paperwork very closely as they will try and slip a contract in as if it were a work order, read everything. We have 15 cameras PTZ's, Thermal Cameras, Motion Cameras, You name it, They Do Not Help !!!!!!

Great job, quickly added an additional camera to our existing system. The technician (Zach Creedon) helped us from start to finish with selecting the correct camera and getting it dialed in to our exact needs.
