Helpful and very courteous about the concerns for my basement. Came promptly and offered good advice to remedy the problem.
Tim stopped by to take a look at a crawlspace I was thinking of getting wrapped bc I thought we had a moisture issue. After looking, Tim advised that we didnt have an issue and recommended just buying a larger dehumidifier. His expertise, honesty, and no-overselling attitude was refreshing. I'll definitely keep them in mind for friends and any of my own future needs!
