Zero stars if allowed. Horrible customer service . No urgency to help their customers, and very rude reps. I was on hold for a long time and this is not the first with them. I do not recommend especially as a security company.
They stopped monitoring my system, but kept telling me they were monitoring my system - and demanding payment! I tested my system twice in the last month or so and there was no response to setting the alarm off. When I tried to cancel my service I went to their website and discovered there is NO OPTION to cancel service on their website. But they continue to charge me!
I used Watchlight for our initial alarm installation 20+ years ago and have updated and changed our system over the years including the addition of cameras. I have always been happy with their quality of work and customer support. The alarm system has been tested a few different times over the years and is definitely credited with the prevention of a break in.
Excellent company. Better alternative than all the expensive monitoring services. I don't understand why people are so lazy not to shop around and discover this company?
