Randy was great in helping me replace my watch face when other dealers just said parts are discontinued. He went above and beyond in working with a supplier so that I essentially have a brand new watch for the price of a watch face. It’s not the first time I’ve worked with them and always find them professional and resourceful.
Been here twice and both times it felt like something else was happening. On 2nd try my I asked for a battery replacement for my watch as it had started slowing down. The watch kept time poorly for about 2-3 days. Then, it stopped completely. Never happed to me elsewhere before. Doubtful I received the new battery that I paid for. Could the repairman somehow get the 2 batteries mixed up? Maybe, but seems that if he could not manage a simple battery swap it would be doubtful that he could be able to manage more intricate watc... read more
They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice as well. I got rings for me and my girls upcoming marriage here, ordered them and arrived in 2 days. This man Randy, and his superbly customer service oriented employees have all of your watches, gold chains engraved, medic bracelets engraving etc needs met...they're located first shop to right of front entrance to The Orange Park Mall just past the AMC kiosks, and sincerely- I don't think you realize how imperative your niche shop/ market and career/ fixing watches on time and medic braclets and everything in between is quite imperative for so many families, family's generational development/ stories 🤔 🤣 Thanks Watches P... read more
