Nate Looman promised he had goods ready to ship last July. We paid $15k and nothing shipped. I chased him down for months trying to get a response. Sensormatic execs have called to apologize for the lack of professionalism and promised things would improve. 7+ months after full payment, we still didn't have everything so I told him I expected a refund.
