Mutual customer, purchased product and while under warranty, was told it would cost a $125 trip charge to remedy an issue. That is not a standard business practice, leaving their customer with a non-working device, and they're not willing to help without getting more money. Disappointing to the customer, leaving them vulnerable and unsecure. Not a good look for asupposed security company. Customer Service is not contained with the warranty, but evidently comes with a cost of $125.
I will have to say even though it took longer then was told . I apologize for jumping the gun. On the latest review. Corey had been sick n I wasn't aware of it.but he went beyond to take care of the situation n even brought my DVR to me with a extra product. I would highly recommend watchdog n Cory for camera system and more. Thank you Corey.n once again I apologize
