I experienced a very low level of professionalism from this company today. Bordering on dehumanizing. A phone call to this company to address the interaction was a waste of time Clearly staff need better vetting or training when dealing with the public. Your response indicates you have no ides what occurred during the encounter. Clearly a 1 star business
