We asked about a watch replacement cost and they told me is was $165 for 5 year replacement or $65 for a one year replacement. I agree to do the 1 year warranty and presented them with their own 20% off coupon. The guy then told me he wouldn't honor his own coupon because I wasn't doing the 5 year replacement. Why do you have a coupon if you don't plan on honoring it. There is nothing on the coupon that states any type of restrictions either. Poor way to do business my friend.
