Dropped my watch off over three months ago for a broken stem. Called after a month and was told they were just finishing up. Fast forward to late December I've called multiple more times and left messages to try and get my watch back in it's unfixed state with no call returned. Going to head into the store so I can get my watch back. Just drive to Richmond for a different shop, you'll regret trying to go here.
Called. They were rude and entitled. Drove an extra 30 minutes to someone else just so I wouldn’t have to do business with them.
