I brought a vintage watch in for an estimate on a total restoration. They are only capable of cleaning and repairing. They told me they were unable to find vintage parts for restoration. They just get it running and clean.
I had my Audemars Piguet serviced at Watch Hospital, and Sebastian did an outstanding job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and treated my watch with the utmost care. The whole process was smooth and reassuring, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. I wouldn’t trust my timepiece with anyone else—highly recommend Sebastian and the team at Watch Hospital!
Sent my 5513 to be serviced and have the crystal changed. Eddie was top notch is professionalism and communication. Work was done in a timely manner and shipper back to me overnight to Florida. Would highly recommend and will be using in the near future for my other watches

Great and fast experience they were able to fix the dial on my watch at a good price. I was also able to quote the price on Instagram saving me a trip before I got there. They were also very kind and helpful with another question I had on my jewelry that was not related to watches.
