I've been staying here a few times a month on weekends and weekdays to work remotely for the better part of a year. Upkeep by the management company is sorely lacking. They do an incredibly poor job compared to other condos in the area in at clearing snow and ice. The parking lot and steps are sheet ice for most of the winter. We also have a hot tub here which is rarely usable. It has either been cold or mostly drained or both for most of the winter. Gorgeous place with gorgeous views. Highly recommended
good condo, close to Arapahoe ski resorts, cooper montain, case tone,. clean, very well lived in it for five days.
